All our meats are 100 per cent Australian traceable, delivered direct to us for cutting into individual servings by our skilled butchers. Our lamb is Junee Gold from New South Wales and our Pork is free range from Otway Farm in Victoria. Our beef is grain-fed Angus from Wilberforce in New South Wales and our chicken is hormone and chemical-free from the Victorian farm, La Ionica.
While we are a modern business, with strict adherence to current hygiene regulations, at our core we use traditional butchering practices combined with good old-fashioned personalised customer service.
