Platinum Beef

Our Platinum range of beef is primarily sourced from Angus, Hereford and Murray Grey. Along with providing high quality grade meats we ensure our livestock have been grown and managed using the best practice for animal welfare. Every Pryde Platinum cut of beef is renowned for its rich full flavour. What makes the difference is our Grass Feeding from lush pastures and rich farming land in a stress-free environment, and grading using Meat Standards Australia (MSA) system

Dry Aged

Dry ageing concentrates the beef flavour and taste by removing moisture. The use of Pink Rock salt keeps the air in the drying room and to further enhance the flavour and preservation qualities. This unique method contains the highest concentrations of minerals and has medical as well as culinary uses. The beef is also tenderised as natural enzymes break down the connective tissue in the muscle. This ensures optimum flavour and texture.

Platinum Pork

Platinum Pork pigs are bred outdoors at farms near the Swan River ranges in South Western Victoria. They are fed natural grain-based diet free from added growth hormones and in-feed antibiotics. They are selected for their suitability to outdoor breeding conditions, and for superior meat quality characteristics including fat score, tenderness and colour. This means you can be assured that what you are eating is all natural and you can enjoy the natural flavour. Just how we like it!
